It was an excellent location. It’s a budget hotel. I’ve stayed there before and it’s very comfortable, and you’re treated nicely.

The employees at the reservations counter were pleasant and warm. They upgraded our room immediately. We returned to the hotel after a four-day leave, and they gave us our same room, as we had requested.

The room was much smaller than what I expected. The internet service was not that great and I barely had a connection most of the time I was there. The hotel is very close to the beach and the bus stop if you need it. There was no shuttle service and the bathrooms were for the hotel guests only. When we checked out, we had to use the bathroom at the hotel down the street because we did not have our key cards to access the bathrooms in the lobby. It was an ok stay just to sleep in, but not if you have more than two people in your party.

It was a fine hotel for the price. It was three star, nothing fancy. I received the free Ohana club membership after the first stay for even better return rates. It is located one block from the beach. The place is clean and the staff is responsive to requests. I like the courteous staff.

This was a more than adequate hotel with rates for seniors, and no charge for two grandchildren who traveled with me.

The hotel staff at all levels was friendly and cooperative.

The hotel we stayed at was perfect for a simple weekend stay over. We pretty much got everything we paid for a good price. The parking, though, was terrible and especially being in Waikiki there must have been more parking and shuttle service from the hotel to your car and back.

Despite the long hours he worked, one of the parking valets was always helpful, courteous, and pleasant. I wish I could remember his name.

The price I paid was very good considering the location of the hotel.

The price paid was a good value for the money. It was just about the cheapest place in Waikiki and very convenient to the beach.
