Horrible
When I walked in the room, it had a very strange smell. It just really stinked. The place needs to be redone again, for the price you pay, you can stay at a another place for the same, and it looks great.

The best feature of this hotel is the short walk to Disney. The bathroom in our room needed lots of work. There was a tile broken out behind the knobs on the shower, no drain plug and overall in poor condition. Vending machines did not work as well....

This place was filthy. The carpet was dirty, the shower head had black and brown "gunk" in it. The housekeeping staff is terrible. I even tried leaving a $10.00 tip on the bed after asking the front office to take care of the shower and general cleanliness of the room. No result other than the tip being gone.
I feel terrible writing this review as when I stayed there about eight years ago, it was a nice, clean place. I was very disappointed. The front desk people, however, are extremely nice and efficient; the management just needs to do some general maintenance and hire a new housekeeping staff. One last thing: What in the heck is that smell outside the elevator on the ground floor? Yuck!
