The hotel is older but in pretty good condition. It would be nice if there were a few more outlets in the rooms. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have a microwave in the room but I guess some have them and some don't, I was under the impress

Horrible
My family and I stayed at this hotel in September of 2007. It was a horrible experience. The first night we were there we found cockroaches in our room. While the staff offered us to change rooms it did not make me feel any more comfortable. I...
We were looking for some place fun to stay while vacationing at Disneyland, but didn't want to pay alot. We stayed in a Suite and had two couples and 1 single. The pull out couch was a little rough, but the rest was great. had plenty of space and...

The whole place is run down. Rooms were not clean, carpet is very dirty and worn, lamps kind of work, Cable TV got 9 channels total, at least three faded in and out, no ESPN. The towels were clean but worn. The soap was nice and there was coffee in the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hard to get an iron and board. When I got the board it was a very small, shabby one.
They advertise that they are one block from the convention center....it is about a 12-13 minute walk at a good pace.
Not a place I would want to make a return visit, but will do in a pinch.

Listen, I dont know who these people are that complain about stupid, little things. The whole point is, if you are staying here, I assume that you are going to Disney and have a child...Well, for that purpose, its absolutely charming to be staying in a CASTLE (!), and the rooms were certainly clean enough and sufficient. If you want the whole HILTON, Trump tower experience, no, this is not it...but, come on folks, thats what those super expenisive hotels are for INSIDE the park.....This hotel is perfect for travelers on a budget who still want to give their kids a really cool disney experience. I would definitely come back....thats my .2 cents
