We decided to stay here for our 6th wedding anniversary because of the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and clean. We had no hot water so we could not enjoy the jacuzzi. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. We paid cash and gave a credit card for any damages that may occur. They took our cash, and the next day when we look at our bank statement online, they also took $145.77 out of our account. They never notified us that they also authorize your card when you pay cash. If we knew that we would have just paid with our debit card. The desk staff were extremely rude and hung up on me several times. My husband went to the desk to get the code for the wifi and as the clerk was looking up the code the phone rang. He picked it up then asked my husband to come back because it was his girlfriend. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I work front desk for another local hotel and know this is not you treat your guests. We will never ever return and will tell others of our bad experience.

This was a charming motel with outside access doors. Our rooms were very spacious and clean. The property had a beautiful view of the mountains with outside seating area to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a newer hotel in Manitou Springs. The room was very nice and clean. We had a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There was a gas fireplace. We had a fridge and microwave. But the fridge was so loud that we could not use it. There is a nice outdoor pool and a restaurant. I just hate that the hotel faces the highway and so the views of Pikes Peak are behind the building and you cannot see that from most rooms. And the continental breakfast was a packaged sweet roll and coffee and juice and if you wanted a second roll, you had to buy it. And there was no place to eat, you had to take it back to your room. Why bother with a continental breakfast if it is this bad. Other cheaper places had bacon, etc. And it is tacky to charge for a second packaged sweet roll when you are paying a premium to stay here. So the place is clean, new and nice, but some things need improvement.
