When there is a problem the friendly exterior comes off. Beds suck, A/C too cold and when you try to adjust them it shuts off. The picture of the pool with a swim up bar is false, you have to walk to a hole in the wall, and hopefully they speak english. Go some where else for this pair will never return. Also make sure you pay with one credit card, for if you change your mind because of bonus points you will get double billed and then the rep you call into become very ugly. Waste you money on a good trip, but not this town.

Only stay here if you are a smoker. It hits you just as soon as you enter the lobby (which is actually the casino floor) and register. It's the only way in and out. While the restaurants are non-smoking, they are next to the casino and you must "run

Falcon Ridge golf course was great. The dinning is awful everywhere in town and if you accidentally bump into someone in the casinos be prepared to receive a fist in your face and an ejection from the casino without investigation. I speak from personal experience. The dealers are not friendly nor informative. Note that all three of the major casinos are owned by the same company so competition is non-existent. There are a lot of parking spaces reserved for trailers and mobile homes with often used vehicle wash facilities as well as toilet waste stations. Damp trails covered the parking lots. The spa services and room services were good and the rooms are clean. Despite the fantastic golf I will not visit Mesquite in the future.

It is a nice place. We have stayed there before so we know what to expect. It would be wonderful if they built a covered parking structure.

The check in staff was warm and friendly. All the staff is very friendly.

We love the atmosphere and service at Casablanca. The floor is not so overcrowded with machines like other casinos.

But we miss the live keno area where people had a great time, the energy was high and the keno machines paid you back. Now we play and play the machines and usually come home broke!

Also we feel there are way too many tournaments, prizes and incentives they are spending money on and maybe tightening the machines in the meantime to compensate.

We really miss the OLD Casablanca the way it used to be.

The staff was excellent, courteous, competent and friendly. The complimentary breakfast provided was of very good quality with varied offerings. The room was comfortable.

The food is good and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is getting old. Not all the restaurants were open. The staff was good.
