30 years ago this was a great place to party, now it's just old and worn. Rooms are dirty, linens are worn, floors and furniture have cigarette burns. Staff said a large hotel chain is coming in to renovate in 2009. Property is large with a great...

If you like sleeping in a room that had a spider in the bed, one in the shower, and one smashed on the wall, then this is the place for you. I also had the pleasure of reporting this to the front desk, and getting one of those terrible looks by the receptionist and no comment.

We were with a group that was in a local tournament. One family got stuck in a room here next to a noisy wedding reception; they got a partial refund because they couldn't get another room for them. The two rooms I booked were well worn, but clean. I slept well at night. The location couldn't be better; great harbor view. Nicely kept up grounds, with lots of colorful flowers. Nice rooms for the price. Continental breakfast was included in the price.

I advised the reservation agent that we would be traveling with a small dog. During previous stays at this facility, dogs were allowed. Upon checking in a new policy had been instituted and pets were not allowed in the requested rooms. I have been staying in that hotel for seven years and I am well known to the staff. They did not advise of the change in policy. Further more this place is certainly not a four star facility. It is old with new cheap carpet.
I am not likely
to return to the Casa Sirena Hotel & Marina.
I would not recommend it to friends.
pros: great view, clean, courteous staffI stayed at this locale for a conference, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Though it's not a four-star hotel, it is clean and has a beautiful view of the lake. At the lake, there are different activities...

I booked online for 2 nights. They gave us 1 night. The restaurant next door had a party until 12:30 am, and after 4 hours of driving it wasn't a welcoming experience. Room was dingy, like an old dorm room. Holes in wall, door didn't lock,...
