Though the resort may be considered upscale, one is ever made to feel that they do not belong there. We never feel we are being overcharged for the amenities they offer.

Good
I had a great stay. The service Pool Side was lack luster at best. I agree with previous statements in regards to sea weed, the beach is not as great as the Hotel web site shows. Hotel is currently under going a major rennovation, yet you wouldn't...

Horrible
We checked in and immediately started looking for another place to stay. The room smelled of bleach, the beach was full of sea weed and smelled of dead fish. I'd never recommend this to my family or friends.

Good
We stayed in large rooms in older portion of hotel. Overall, it was pleasant. BUT little things needed fixing, cleaning, or upgrades. Good parts outweighed the minor blemishes. Fresh fruit on beach was great. Plenty of beach furniture, close enough...

Okay
The common areas are just great. The beach is a plus, and the pools were well maintained. Front desk personnel could use more training. No exercise room. When we walked into the room we were quite dissapointed.

Okay
The resort water sports brochure states that scuba trips leave from the hotel pier. In fact they mean the Hyatt hotel pier at the other end of town. The beaches were covered with seaweed. They did make a futile effort to remove the seaweed each...

Awful! The furniture veneer was peeling, the desk had no knobs, and the lights didn't work. The bathroom ceiling was falling in, and the tub was rusty. I can't believe they would put people in such nasty rooms! I said something to the front desk and they said "Yes, the rooms are embarrassing. We have a new owner and hopefully they will fix it". I paid over $140 for a room with a view of roof tops, and not a peep of green or blue!
