Me and my husband just came home from the Casa Loma, it was okay there was no hot water, only one outlet to plug things in and the bathroom was so small only one person could fit in there at a time. It will be good for those that are only staying for a short amount of time. Other then all that its okay

I loved the hotel and the location however parking was a bit hectic. The parking lot is shaped kinda weird so traveling in and out can be a pain. The rooms were nice and the housekeeping service people were the best!! The hotel had great landscaping and a beautiful/clean pool and it is right on the beach. I guess my biggest complaint was the front desk clerks both day and night. I expected them to be a lil more plesant. While waiting to check in I actuly witnessed a guest and the clerk in an argument, it was quite unprofessional!!!! There were plumbing problems the entire time we were there but because we werent in the room that much it didn't realy affect us. The hotel had roto rutter out digging up the parking lot and the tolits didn't fulsh for bout 6 hrs oneday in our room, the bottom floor had it bad though their tolits didn't flush for over a day!
