Carson Valley Inn Hotel

They had excellent service. It was close to where we live. I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had a nice greeting for us when we arrived.

It's a small, safe hotel and casino. It has a wonderful restaurant with excellent food, and a friendly, helpful staff. There is enjoyable shopping in a nearby town.

All employees were very friendly. After first meal in the restaurant I was greeted by name and the meals were less expensive then I thought. The owner greeted all employees by name and she was happy to chat with them. The place reflected the owner's devotion to her job.

This hotel made me feel important: I was treated like a friend staying in someone's house. All my needs were met.

We stayed at the motor lodge. We reserved a room with two beds but were initially given a room with one bed. The room we were switched to was large and comfortable. We had to pay for wireless Internet.

We were disappointed in this hotel. We're from Las Vegas, so we're accustomed to casino-hotels being lavish and upscale. This one was old and our room, although quite spacious, was dark with very old furnishings. The bed was comfortable, but I think we were expecting a little more updated hotel, so weren't real comfortable. The restaurants were good, though.
