I have stayed at the Carriage House in for the past 2 years while shopping in the fall, and plan to stay again this year. For the price, you can't beat the deal. The rooms are clean, there is an indoor pool, and a free continental breakfast that includes biscuits and gravy--mind you, they are not homemade biscuits, and you can tell the gravy is not homemade, but it is the only continental breakfast I know of around town that includes something warm.
I think it's a heck of a deal when compared to the other hotels around Branson, for the same price you can stay in a run-down motel with no breakfast. Thanks, anyway. I think this is a great little place.

Well, we stayed here for three nights.
On the second night, my child had gotten some chocolate on the bed sheet, so I pulled it off the next morning when I saw it. Needless to say, the "maid" put it right back on the bed, chocolate and all. That’s the only cleaning the maid did was make the bed. Nothing else was touched. Not even the dirty towels or wash cloths, nor did they restock the coffee supplies left in the room.
The first night, when we arrived, the room was freezing, so I called the front desk for some extra blankets, and no one was even there to provide these to me. When we arrived, the door key was taped to the main entrance door. And the pool, my son went swimming, he had a good time of course, but the pool was way over chlorinated. When he got out, his eyes burned really bad. They were still irritated the next day.
Not to mention, they claim that they have a hot tub, but it doesn’t exist. And my husband mentioned something to the front desk about the maid not changing the sheets, and they said that they don’t always change the sheets everyday when the same guests are in the room.
