Hotel was not well kept and in a bad neighborhood. The floor of our room had crumbs all over it. There was no coffee maker or hairdryer in the room. The towels were thin and looked dirty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work because it was caked in dirt. The tables and chairs in the lobby were usually occupied by employees watching TV.
