We only stayed one night, but would go back over and over! Room was clean and bright. Not a huge room, but adequate for a family. Bigger than most hotels that are located in a downtown area of a large city. Every staff member that we met in the hotel spoke to us asked if we needed anything, if everything was all right, etc. They have clean pool and spa and my kids enjoyed it a lot. In addition to this the hotel offered a FREE hot breakfast buffet and wireless internet. TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY! I would stay there again in a heart beat!! If someone is asking more than this for the price they offer you I think they are too picky. In all I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel was agood deal for the money. Highlights of this one: EXCEPTIONALLY quiet. I rarely heard any noise from other guests or traffic or airport noise. Good location for walking or biking by using "side streets".
Only problem: AC seemed to be malfunctioning but it wasn't hot outside so I just didn't use it. I submitted a service request when I checked out.
In morning I was surprised by hot breakfast buffet. My family loved it.

I've stayed at this Hotel for two nights. The room was clean, quiet, and ready when we arrived. The front desk staff were very friendly. About 1/2 hour after we checked in they called us to make sure everything was OK and that they were "fulfilling their promise" to us. That's the first time I've ever had that happen from any hotel ! I was also surprised to see my name listed on the " welcome list" that was sitting on the front desk. The hotel was fairly full but quiet so it was easy to get some sleep. The beds were comfortable. We were in town for a concert at the Qwest Center. This hotel is about 8 miles away but traveling between the two locations was very easy via freeway.
