I expected something entirely different when I pulled up to this hotel. From the outside, it looks like an average hotel. But, the inside it beautiful, check in and check out was fast and efficient. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious. Double shower in the bathroom. Free breakfast. If I were ever to stay in Campbell or San Jose again, I would choose this hotel first. My fiance’ is very picky about cleanliness and neatness and would not stay in hotel that was dirty. She was very pleased with our hotel and the staff. Also, underground parking is a GREAT bonus. For what I paid, I got a great amount. I will be back. I recommend that you the Carlyle hotel the next time your in town.
