*Hotel completely non smoking* Built at the turn of the century, the Best Western Carlton Hotel is set at the quieter Northern end of the promenade, with panoramic views of 12 miles of sandy beaches. Its ideal location is just minutes away from the Golden Mile and Conference Centre, this makes our hotel a firm favorite with both holiday makers and delegates alike. Our amenities include a restaurant, cocktail lounge, business centre, multilingual staff composed of three languages (English, Russian and French) and foreign currency exchange. Our rooms include hairdryer, data ports, coffee maker and non-smoking rooms are available. The cheerful and friendly staff at the Best Western Carlton Hotel ensures that home away from home feeling and provides what can only be called "good old Northern hospitality". It's no wonder that so many people return year after year.

This is a very good quality hotel and recommended for both leisure and business travellers. There is a substantial car park also at the hotel. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN NIGHT PARTIES, or ANY SAME SEX PARTIES. (GW 04/2008) This is a traditional yellow brick building dating back to the early 20th century. The hotel is located at the quieter, Northern end of the promenade, minutes away from the Golden Mile with panoramic views of 12 miles of sandy beaches. It's location also ensures that it is not far away from the major conference centres.
