Beware of the wealthy and well-connected Spaniard that consumes alcohol at daybreak and roams the premises (especially the pool and bar areas) with a digital camera. He preys over young women in bikinis and takes pictures without their consent. When the pervert was confronted by the girl's parents about taking pics without consent, the perv became verbally hostile and began to threaten the hotel staff by reminding them about who he is and whom he's connected to on the islnad. It appears that this Self-indulgent, perverted Spaniard (not the same as Puerto Rican) has a history with the Caribe Hilton (he owns a bank or something) and the hotel management continue to allow him to exploit young women without consequence. Talk about perverted justice. The mother and her daughters received a complimentary lunch, not a complimentary stay for the incident. Shame on the Hiltong establishment! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with young daughters and it was boring at night. Stay at the El San Juan Hotel and Casino if you want to be respected and have a great time!

The location was gorgeous as well as the actual hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were not too hard and the balcony provided good daylight. I was not pressured by any of the staff and I was able to relax comfortably.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and a friendly staff. The restaurant food was very good and the service was quick. I was given nice room with an ocean view. I was very pleased.

They could have been a lot more accommodating and they were not or did not seem to care that they were not accommodating.

My stay at the Caribe Hilton was terrible. It is by far the worst Hilton hotel I have ever experienced.

The first day they put us in a shabby room with an inoperable toilet, internet, frig, and balcony door. I called to complain and we got a new room. We went down to the lobby at 3 pm, but the room was not ready. They acted like we were the ones that had screwed up. I asked for a discount on the first room but nothing doing. They said they would comp one breakfast even though we have free continental breakfast at the hotel.

We had to move ourselves to the new room. The new room was almost as bad. The room had a shower that didn't work properly, the balcony door would barely open, no top sheet on the beds, the A/C wouldn’t shut off (it was below 65 F) in the room, closet doors wouldn't open, and we couldn’t order movies. They did fix the doors, the shower, and the A/C, but not the TV. I had to ask twice to get things done at all.

In general, the service at the various restaurants was bad and very expensive. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
