68 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We were there for a meeting. The meeting rooms were large and comfortable. Due to an error on my part when I made reservations it was necessary to change rooms after I arrived. They went above and beyond to get me the room change in a timely manner.
There was always staff near by to answer any questions or give directions. The daily paper was at the door each morning. They went the extra mile to see you had want you wanted.
I am very likely
to return to the Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
