40 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We had to get directions from the hotel staff and we were unable to understand them. The manager was supposed to leave something special in our room telling us about dinner reservations made by my sister. It was our honeymoon, and the hotel forgot. We had to ask three different staff members and make numerous calls to get the information. We could have easily left Washington and missed a very special wedding gift. My response from a manager was pretty much "Oh well" and my response to a letter to the GM was nothing.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Capitol Hill Suites.
I
would not recommend it to friends.
