I was very pleased with my stay at the washington hilton. The room was very nice, and the staff very gracious with what ever needed.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: Just the mystique of staying at the washington hilton, was wnough. But to be able to look out my window and see the capital buildings and history all around me. It was very exciting.

Checking in was a major headache. Something was wrong with 'the system,' the line was long, and the desk clerks could not/did not help those of us in a hurry as the conference started. Ie: help with bags, time to return for completion of check I.
