'Cap Sante' is the name given the panoramic cape just to the east. Named by Anacortes founding father Amos Bowman, it translates from French very simply to 'Cape Health'.

We have stayed at Cap Sante several times. It is not a "fancy" place, but it is a nice, clean convenient motel with comfortable beds and the rooms are a decent size with a nice sided bathroom. Right nearby is a great breakfast place.
This place was fantastic! They have the best location across the street from the Marina and right in the heart of Old Town! The staff was so helpful with information, showing us every menu to every restaurant in town and all the music going on. ...

Horrible
Stayed here because they had new beds. They were new & comfortable but what's the point if you can't get any sleep? For out-of-towners who said we were exhausted, it would have been nice to have been told we were in the trucking lane. ...
