This is a centrally located hotel in the touristic town of Qawra offering a wide variety of facilities including outdoor/indoor pools, sauna, roof top jacuzzi, games room, fitness/massage room and hairdressing. Great value for money! (DB 06/07) This is a 5 storey purposely built modern building, light in colour typical of the island's architecture. Hotel is situated 150 meters away from the attractive Qawra promenade and the sandy perched beach along the northern coastline of Malta, close by the local Bus Terminus. The hotel is surrounded with shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and a casino.

It is more the bottom end of a 3 star not a 4 star. The dining room is terribly small no room to move about people bumping into you while your sitting eating. The food isn't anything special in fact we only ever ate there once as it was that...
We had the worst holiday ever ! The food was so bad we had to eat out having paid all inclusive.orange juice for breakfast was orange squash the sausages were pink the bacon had bone in it When we complained to the manager he could not care less !...
Not a 4 star hotel, by any stretch of the imagination - it would struggle to rate 3.
Overbooked, as lots of hotels are, but don't need to be lied to about an imaginary electrical problem. Transferred on arrival, hence lost a day of ...
The place was really nice and the people very friendly. the food was fine the place clean and tidy and the entertainment not bad. plenty of pubs around I would reccomend it all.

I did not love anything about this hotel, that is if it's meant to be 4 star!
I have been to numerous 4 star hotels and all of them were much better. I have also been to 3 star hotels, which were better.
Its location was crammed in between other buildings and a building site at the back. Not a glimpse of the sea.
The rooms on the 5th floor were tiny! The 4th floor was better, but the bathrooms were too small for this class of hotel.
The service, we found a cigarette end and a magazine from the previous occupant under the bed, this has never happened to me before!
The food was unimaginative, for 4 star you expect a good international cuisine and choices for breakfast. There was only poor quality sliced bread, no fruit, (except to be paid for), no yogurt (except on order and then only a tub of flavored), not enough choice for vegetarian, even the salads were embellished with bits of ham. The service in the restaurant was good, but officious. The tables were crammed together that you could hardly get to the meal counter without bumping into someone else. Not a proper buffet in that you could not help yourself to the main courses. I could go on.
The manager did try to address our complaints, but compared to other 4 star hotels nearby, which we did visit, this hotel is below standard. I don't understand how it could be given this star rating. There is something definitely wrong here.
Dining arrangements need to be modernised urgently. The space available was inadequate for the size of the hotel. Guests had to queue for entry to dining area. I overheard one elderly lady tell her husband not to enter because you'll get your...
