It was very easy to find as far as the location goes. It was very comfortable. And the service was very good.

This hotel made me feel important: It had very nice atmosphere.

I am very likely to return to the Candlewood Suites West Des Moines.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

40 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We had a fire alarm go off, and we evacuated the building. We were not told much. Most people were in their cars at 3: AM. It would have been professional to inform us of what was happening.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Candlewood Suites West Des Moines.
I might recommend it to friends.

I found the weekend desk staff curt and rude.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the room furnishings--the recliner, kitchenette.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Candlewood Suites West Des Moines.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
