The service was excellent and the place was clean.It needs some kind of breakfast, it would really be nice. I was impressed with the room and also with the staff. I just wish that there would have been a breakfast. It makes things so much easier.

Luxurious bedding, kitchenette.No pool, only one bed in room. Pleasant stay. Liked having kitchenette for our 5 night stay. Disappointed that the gas grills that are normally available were out of service.
52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
A terrible experience! When we arrived we had booked a room via the internet. When we got to the Candlewood, we were refused a room with 2 beds, though they were available. The person at the front desk said that the internet companies take sanctions against them if they give someone a room with a different bed configuration. This is completely untrue!! We were also told that if we wanted 2 beds we would have to forfeit our money paid over the and then pay DOUBLE the PROMISED amount. This would have made this mediocre, at best, motel more than the 4 stars in the area. End result one of us had TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR! This same night other customers. left and did not return... On my attempts to talk to a manager I have been told, "we don't know when she is coming back, maybe sometime in May'. This motel really should be avoided!!!!
