This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had very nice rooms.

I like Candlewood Suites in general. They provide good value and pleasant enough surroundings. But the Raleigh/Carey location was very difficult to find, even with a MapQuest map. It's not Candlewood's fault -- Cary, NC, has absurdly restrictive regulations regarding signs. The staff was very nice. I strongly recommend calling them in advance and getting good directions. Then, make sure you have their number and a cell phone so you can call when you get close, but still can't find it.

The manager makes me feel important. He knows me by name and makes me feel special. I love the honor system that they have for refreshments. Their kitchenettes are very clean and sell stocked. They also have a very large desk area in the rooms.
