Overall very quiet.Hard to find from the street. This hotel is actually in the rear of a hospital parking lot; very hard to locate from the street. It's not very close to the Irvine Spectrum as the name would lead one to believe.

Hard to find at night. Not only is the sign not lit, but the building itself is far away from the main road. I drove around the block twice trying to figure out why my GPS said I had arrived.

Room was very clean though very dated room decor and fixtures. Bed was springy and very uncomfortable and pillows were flat and poor condition. Clean bathroom and very courteous staff. Close to shopping and business park.

It was perfect. Roomy and very clean. Kitchenette is great so you don't have to go out to eat all the time. Close to grocery store and resturants. Great location. I definetly stay there again.
I cannot understand how Candlewood survived all these years without properly Trained Staff.... I stayed in this hotel for 3 months and what they did to me during the last few days of my stay left me penny less buy foolishly making multiple...
