The hotel was nice enough but the fitness center seemed totally lacking. The equipment was old and ill maintained.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The setting was nice and the room was well maintained.

I was disappointed there was no pool. The lights did not work right and the bedding was not very soft and it was old.

I liked the nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a convenient location close to a grocery store, restaurants and interstate access. I would recommend it especially for an extended stay.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was very polite and courteous, professional, yet friendly.

It was a very clean, neat, and quiet suite. The setup of the room was unique and didn't have that drab hotel feel.

This hotel was in the location we needed for a wedding in the area. I needed a full refrigerator and kitchen area to prepare food for the wedding and this hotel was one of very few to meet that requirement. The staff was very friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. The only thing I do not like about this chain is the location of the bed in their rooms so close to the wall; everything else is very good including cleanliness, arrangement, service and of course the pantry and laundry available for all guests. We stay at Candlewood whenever we can; most are one-bedroom suites and sometimes when another person accompanies us this is not practical. I wish they had some rooms with two beds.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Upon arrival, the desk clerk asked if we had any special needs. Due to a handicap my spouse cannot walk long distances so she placed us in the second room down the hall and asked if we were sure that the noise from the pantry wouldn't bother us. I assured her that the location was excellent. She also indicated that the icemaker was off and we needed to turn it on and let her know if we needed anything else, that she would be available until 11 PM. The hotel always give a free soda from the pantry.
