59 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Upon arrival, the desk clerk asked if we had any special needs. Due to a handicap my spouse cannot walk long distances so she placed us in the second room down the hall and asked if we were sure that the noise from the pantry wouldn't bother us. I assured her that the location was excellent. She also indicated that the icemaker was off and we needed to turn it on and let her know if we needed anything else, that she would be available until 11 PM. The hotel always give a free soda from the pantry.
