I still have not received my mileage credits for my stay in November. The location was fine for our needs but not central to any attractions. The service was fine but the guest store was a little odd.

There was nothing to dislike. We were given a special rate as my daughter was having surgery at St. Lukes Hospital. It was very convenient to the hospital and restaurants. The exercise room was a nice surprise as was the snack room. Our room was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.
I was able to fix my own breakfast and take my time getting dressed.
