We had difficulty finding the hotel and had to call for directions. The desk clerk was alone, but was very friendly, helpful, and patient. It set a wonderful tone for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a kitchenette, which was clean and very convenient. Though we were in a room close to the front desk and the parking lot, the room was very quiet. The one complaint I had was that the bed was too close to the wall on one side, which made getting in and out of bed very difficult and awkward. Otherwise, it's nice and a good value.
