Candlewood Suites Columbus Airport

The location is good. The check in and check out service is excellent and fast. The facilities are nice.

The signage could have been better for locating the place, but overall it was a good experience and the people were very nice.

Very Disappointed .. This is definately not a 3 Star Hotel [...] My room had a foul stench odor...there is no maid service between 7 days and I did not have any Fri- Sunday I HAD TO TURN IN MY DIRTY TOWELS TO THE DESK! WHAT AN INSULT TO A HOTEL GUEST ..They did not have the bed TYPE type I reserved 3 months via the Internet so they uprgraded me and charged $30 a night more..the Front Desk lady was NOT very cordial...location was very not the best..tucked back in an Office park .The Front Lobby and "The Country Store" is ridiculouly small and very lame! I feel I was shysted and I am due restitution ....I do not recommend this hotel . Spend a few dollars more at Marriot brand or the nearby County Inn and Suites ...avoid this one at all costs.

It was very comfortable, clean and neat. The people on staff were very nice, polite and helpful. We would stay there again.
