Candlewood Suites Cleveland

This was a fully furnished suite, with store, as is the norm for this respectable chain. We checked in at 3:30 a.m. and had no problems. On check out, the front desk informed us we had forgotten a bag, discovered by their cleaning staff.

I always know what to expect at a Candlewood. Their comfort, quality, value and above and beyond attitude are consistent throughout their chain. Their specialized amenities such as the honor-system cupboard, fitness area, fully equipped kitchen and complimentary laundry facilities allow the guests maximum independence. Candlewood is perfect for the guest who wants to feel pampered, but not smothered with service.

This hotel made me feel content: Any personal preferences are contained in a permanent guest record. I was always addressed by name.

The location is ideal for my needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy feeling like I have a home away from home. I was very pleased with the internet access in the room. It's a great place for any extended stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff recognized my name and had everything ready at the front desk and in the room. Several staff that was here on my previous visits said it was nice to see you again and wished me a good stay.

Their properties and employees are second to none in the lodging industry. A guest is always made to feel welcome, as they belong to a big family. The rooms are ideally appointed and are always hospital clean. Their employees, from housekeepers to maintenance to front desk to general manager, are always prepared to go the extra mile. Their Cupboard is always well stocked and the prices are reasonable. Their complimentary laundry facilities are a blessing for the traveler. All in all, staying at a Candlewood hotel is always a positive experience!

The hotel was clean and the front desk people were exceptionally friendly at check-in and check-out times. The location is close to the mall and restaurants, which made it very convenient.
