I liked everything about the Candlewood Suites Schaumburg...from the newly renovated guestrooms and all if it's great amenities (CD Player, DVD/VCR, kitchenettes, Cupboard to name a few), but I especially liked the free shuttle to my office!!! ...

My bottom line is they should not offer a 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee if they do not intend to refund monies when the customer is most unsatisfied.
Our reservation was for a suite package that was booked and paid for online. However, when we got there, they claimed our reservation was not for the package that we had paid for.
