Candlewood Suites Chicago O'Hare - Page 1

New beds, extra friendly stuff and Wed. Social sold me on this hotel. I often return to O'Hare area on business and it was a drag to change hotels because of the "issues". This one feels just right. Amenities are great and the rate is very competitive. Extra friendly Sales Director made it even more enjoyable. I am sure I will be returning there every time, either on short trips or for my project, later in summer. Ps. Enterprise is behind hotel and access to all area highways just 2 min away.

The room and the bathroom were comfortable and clean. The shuttle that ran to and from the airport was frequently late.

The staff could have been more professional. The woman at the front desk did not call us to inform us our shuttle was downstairs. When we arrived downstairs she let us know the shuttle was gone and she forgot to call us. We had to take a cab less than a mile to the airport for twenty dollars and missed our check in cutoff time. The room was very dark.

Their shuttle service was below par.

We tried to schedule ahead for 20 people returning from a trip. They provided a small van that had to make three trips. The last group took 2.5 hrs to get to the hotel.

And the staff was not familiar with hotel policy.
