42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This hotel needs work or needs to be bought by someone that cares. The Front Desk staff needs a refresher on the word Hospitality and when I asked to speak to the manager at different times each employee said he or she was the manager. I am in the hospitality industry and I have had good luck staying at Candlewood Suites in the past but this one needs to close its doors renovate and put a new name on the door so it can start a new. AAA should take all if it has any diamonds away from this hotel.
