I recently went to Rio in November and another website had advertised this hotel as being a 4 star hotel. Well, let me tell you it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The price may be good, but the room is absolutely horrible. The room is very small, and when I went to leave the room the door handle fell off. Not to mention my phone did not work at all and a remote did not come with the tv. The bathroom was extremely small and when you took a shower water got everywhere. The shower curtain was dirty and dingy, the room was horrible I didn't even walk barefoot. The bedding didn't look it had even been washed. I got a pizza at their restaurant, thinking it would be a safe choice, and it wasn't even cooked! Pass on this hotel, it's not worth the trouble.
