Would return because of location, ambiance

I would give it a 5/5 for ambiance, the room and the location. However, I give it a 2/5 for service. We had problems with their service and the "gift" card they hand out, they’re not worth the hassle and caused quite an embarrassment for us at a restaurant we ate at. I would return there because the room was amazing and you can't beat location.

Stay in the Augustus Tower

Cesars, a hotel and casino that in my mind istill trying to find its niche again. Ceasars has some great ammenities but is trying to play in the world of Bellagio and Wynn which is tuff. They definitely have done a great job with the new check in area and this is a huge improvement. The restaurant and club selection is still the same although a few new ones are coming. Bradley Ogden has always been good for us though and we've never had a bad meal there.
The Casino needs to be redone a little we feel, very spread out in some ares and way to confined in others. The pools are solid as well as the topless pool is nice if you have the guts! Overall if you go try to stay in the new tower, Augustus Tower, and you will have a very good time!

The hotel's location at the center of the Strip was excellent. The check in service was excellent and they even had my room upgraded to a 500-square-foot room with an oversized spa bath. My room was 100% comped for two nights and was beautiful. All of Caesar's Palace was beautiful. All employees I encountered were very pleasant and efficient. I have no complaints at all.

The rooms were unbelievably clean and so modern. We especially loved the bathroom with the tiled whirlpool tub. Every aspect of the hotel was first-class. The buffet was the best in regards to other casinos.
