It’s a beautiful hotel with a good location on the Strip.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I enjoyed the gambling, pool area, great restaurants, and bars.

I am very likely to return to the Caesars Palace.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Caesar's was a great location to see several key sites on the Las Vegas strip. It has a beautiful pool area. The Forum shops are heaven. There are terrific choices for dining.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had a very friendly staff eager to help with any questions. I have never had any issues while staying there. I am a return visitor.

I loved it. All the rooms, the shops, the restaurants, and the show. I saw Celine Deon in concert. I loved the attention of all employees.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They provided us with everything we needed or requested. They treated us like big rollers and everywhere we went we felt important as guests.

I am very likely to return to the Caesars Palace.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was excellent. It was right on the Strip. Walking up and down the Strip is really fun if you go into every place you see. I'd never been to Las Vegas before and it blew my mind.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was very friendly.

It was a nice hotel, I got a good room and I liked the food. But the rooms were too far from self parking and they needed more choice on TV.

I am very likely to return to the Caesars Palace.

It is located in the heart of the Strip I was impressed by the décor, especially the Roman statues. I would definitely like to pay a return visit.

This hotel made me feel content: No matter where I was in the hotel, bar or restaurant the employee involved was very pleasant and made me feel that it was a pleasure to have me staying there.

It is a great place to stay. The main TV did not work. It took three hours until someone came and made it work. Do not touch anything in the minibar unless you want to pay for it. Everything has pressure sensitive buttons under it.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Caesars Palace.

I thought it was fine. The check in just seemed a little longer than expected. I also did not expect to have to pay for internet service since it is free almost anywhere.

This hotel is just grand! Definitely a shopper’s delight, not only is it full of the best shops you could imagine, the aesthetics are enjoyable as well. Located right on the strip, the hotel is beautiful all the way from the outside, down to the actually rooms. Lots of action going on. The customer service is wonderful as well. Although I didn’t get to use the pool (too busy shopping), it appeared very nice. A great place for a spa day as well. And don’t blink too fast…you might just see someone famous.

member icon Terrible service, smell, and appearance

I will make this as short and sweet as possible. It’s physically very similar to all other casinos. The rooms were nothing special, no fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stereo, or any air ventilation in smoking rooms!

For a 5 star hotel, we were shocked! We are very familiar with high end hotels, and their service was terrible. Room service arrived with a hair on my plate! Thank God my husband and I have a strong bond! The housekeeping was awful, not only were we disturbed every morning with our DND sign on the door, the sheets were never changed, the garbage never picked off the floor, tables never wiped etc., after a number of complaints, it still continued.

member icon An old, musty smell surprised us
Posted Nov 26, 06 by PJsbet, 1 reviews
48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The reception area and casino were quite impressive, however, when we stepped out of the elevator in the tower where our room was, we were shocked to smell the old musty odor. The room had the same musty "tired" smell to it, as well. We turned on the A/C and left hoping that it would filter some of it out. It didn't! Caesar’s needs to rip out the carpet, pad, and curtains and give that place a good ol' fashioned airing out. The rooms were big, roomy, and the bathroom was clean and we loved the amenities that were all in place. If we were to go back to Caesar’s we'd ask for the new tower of rooms. Other than that we had a blast in Vegas like we always do.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Caesars Palace.
I might recommend it to friends.
