Since we are into "western" style, the decor couldn't have been more perfect for us! The Bunkhouse has a comfortable "easy feel" too it and the owners (Chuck and Carol) make you feel right at home! I don't remember which one of the owners did the cooking, but, it was wonderful to wake up to a warm delicious breakfast every morning!
There's plenty of interaction with the owners (if you like) and they were never short on great advice for destinations! It was so relaxing, Chuck and Carol really made our stay a memoriable experience!
Rooms were very neat and clean and I had never experienced "softened" water before, so too me, taking a shower, was a real treat at the end of the day!
I think the one thing that stuck in my mind the most (besides getting married out there) was when Carol brought me to see my first sunset, INCREDIBLE!
All in all, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed at and I would most certainly (HIGHLY) recommend it to anyone looking for that welcome, "down home" feeling! It's "Home, away from Home"!
