Not sure how this "resort" got a 4 star rating. Be warned! This is not owned by Wyndam any longer. A resort company recently purchased it. There is no chain of command in this hotel, if you have a problem, you will get the run around. The rooms are as old and run down as the other reviewers have said. The buffet was way overpriced, so don't waste your money.
We went to the Magic Kingdom first and checked into the hotel at midnight. We had an exhausted 7 month old and 2 yr. old in a stroller. We went to the room only to discover that the room was filthy. It had not been vacuumed, and the sheets were dirty. Not only dirty, but had hair and blood on them. We called down to the desk to get another room. We were left on hold for 10 minutes only to be told there wasn't anything they could do. They gave us nothing but attitude, as if we were complaining for no reason. We went in circles with the night desk for two hours. Finally, at 2 in the morning, they moved us to another room, but it was a smoking room.
The rude woman at the front desk keyed our room keys wrong twice! We have a 7 month old asthmatic infant with us but they wouldn't move us. They finally agreed to remove all the charges for the hotel. But, we were stuck in the smoking room. At 6 a.m. we got a bill for $70 under our door. We called the desk and pitched a fit! They finally agreed to remove the charges and were very difficult about giving out the hotel manager's number. There was another guest at the main desk complaining about maid's stealing from his room. They wouldn't help him at all. So we gave him the manager's number. We will never stay here again.
