73 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When we arrived they didn't give my daughter, her family and myself adjoining rooms which we had requested in our reservations and had been assured we would get. Our rooms were not even on the same floor. It was after much arguing that we received two rooms.

It was an excellent experience, even my children loved it and my 5-year-old son can't wait to go back.
This hotel made me feel important: The staff was very friendly and quickly met any requests that we made. They were very helpful when we hit a snag with our reservations.

The TV did not work properly, my bill was totaled incorrectly, and housekeeping did not replace towels that were dirty.

It was a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay.
