The hotel was okay. But it did not have as many comforts as I expected for the price.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I might recommend it to friends.

There were some burns on the room furniture. Otherwise, the hotel was okay. I expected it to be a bit nicer considering it was Wyndham. I was given a room to see fireworks over Epcot per the check-in staff, but I never saw it for two nights in a row. I had a problem with checkout as the room was supposed to be on the master list for a conference I was attending. It was not, although the association president faxed the list to someone else. I had to make other arrangements at 6 AM in the morning at the time of departure. The hotel's conference facilities were nice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I might recommend it to friends.

I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were one of the women's host hotels for Gay Days and I always felt accepted and welcome.

I am very likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was apprehensive when selecting this hotel after reading some negative reviews, even the "MouseSavers" website didn't like it, and she likes almost everything. But it's OK, it is.

I stayed there recently on a midweek escape to visit the Disney parks with my mom. It's a nice hotel, but it definitely caters to a business crowd, rather than one for tourists. It's a convention center, and it has a convention hall feel, big hallways, expensive dining, and a spa. If you're with IBM, it's the place to be. We felt a little weird passing groups of medical professionals in our shorts and Mickey Mouse shopping bags, but hey, it's our vacation, sorry for them.

The rooms have dark blue-brown tones. But, on the plus side, the room I was in was recently refurbished, and it didn't have the worn-in, never-a-guest-free-night feel that many hotels in the area have. It was easy to catch the shuttle to the main four parks, and the parking lot wasn't as far away as many of the reviews have whined about. The pool and gardens were pretty, and the bar on top of the hotel had a terrific view and worth visiting for that "God my legs and feet hurt" drink after a long day park-hopping. It also had a big desk with an ergonomic chair, I like that. I liked the balcony, too, although it was rather small. The bathroom was a nice size. The beds were comfortable and firm. The shower had adequate water pressure. I'd stay again, especially if I found a bargain price.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I might recommend it to friends.

The television reception was terrible. Check in took a long time. The restaurant was understaffed and overpriced, and the quality of the food was fair at best. But the location is excellent, and the rooms are very nice.

I am not likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.

The location of the room (building to the left if facing hotel) was well out of the way of the parking lot. I had to call each day to have coffee replaced. When they remembered to replace the coffee package, they replaced it with decaf only. Three rooms were booked by my company for a conference. The front desk did not know what to do since all three had not arrived at the same time. They let us know it was 'not customary' to allow us to check in without the third person to check in. Then all three bills had one individual's name on them, even though I put my room on my own card. (My name was not on the bill.)

I am very likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Wyndham Palace Resort and Spa ant Walt Disney was awful. The TV didn't work and took over an hour to fix. The check in procedure was weird, I had to give keys to the valet, and it was a bad checkout experience.

The people were rude. I would never go back or stay there again. It was overpriced and did not cater to my type of needs. It's better for older people who like golf.

Not sure how this "resort" got a 4 star rating. Be warned! This is not owned by Wyndam any longer. A resort company recently purchased it. There is no chain of command in this hotel, if you have a problem, you will get the run around. The rooms are as old and run down as the other reviewers have said. The buffet was way overpriced, so don't waste your money.

We went to the Magic Kingdom first and checked into the hotel at midnight. We had an exhausted 7 month old and 2 yr. old in a stroller. We went to the room only to discover that the room was filthy. It had not been vacuumed, and the sheets were dirty. Not only dirty, but had hair and blood on them. We called down to the desk to get another room. We were left on hold for 10 minutes only to be told there wasn't anything they could do. They gave us nothing but attitude, as if we were complaining for no reason. We went in circles with the night desk for two hours. Finally, at 2 in the morning, they moved us to another room, but it was a smoking room.

The rude woman at the front desk keyed our room keys wrong twice! We have a 7 month old asthmatic infant with us but they wouldn't move us. They finally agreed to remove all the charges for the hotel. But, we were stuck in the smoking room. At 6 a.m. we got a bill for $70 under our door. We called the desk and pitched a fit! They finally agreed to remove the charges and were very difficult about giving out the hotel manager's number. There was another guest at the main desk complaining about maid's stealing from his room. They wouldn't help him at all. So we gave him the manager's number. We will never stay here again.

I am not likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I would not recommend it to friends.

At the Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa in Walt Disney World, the sheets were stained, the hair dryer didn't work, the phone was broken, the bathroom was moldy and had peeling wallpaper. I was stuck in the back building, which was a hike out the back door of the main building, past the outdoor area decorated with car tires filled with flowers. Most disgusting were the roaches. Most disturbing was the staff response to my complaint. Or lack thereof. They didn't fix a thing, nor did they accommodate my request to change rooms. They charge way too much for such a filthy room.

I am not likely to return to the Buena Vista Palace Lake Buena Vista.
I would not recommend it to friends.
