Staff were generally courteous and willing to help, but inefficient and lacking in attention to detail. We had to wait more than 30 minutes before our bags arrived in our rooms, probably would be longer if we had not tell them again. There were no

Okay
This hotel was not what he had experienced when staying at other disney hotels. The hotel itself was nice, and the people were friendly, but our room was really dirty, and that put a damper on the whole thing. There was hair all over the bathroom...

We had a great time at this hotel. We live in FLorida, but we wanted to have a romantic getaway for a weekend, it was also my birthday. Our room was on the 20th floor, and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table on it. We had a view of Disney, which was real nice being able to see the fireworks from there each night. Check in was fast and easy, and the staff was so nice, they sent us a bottle of complementary champagne! The bed was sooo very comfortable, goose down comforter and lots of pillows! We loved the bathrobes provided. The tv was great, 32 inch hd flat screen. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Just one thing, avoid using the valet service, it is very expensive. I think it was 15dollars each time used.
The hotel is also right across the street from downtown disney marketplace and pleasure island. Once we arrived there we never had to use our car.
We will go back to stay there again soon. Very beautiful!

I did not feel that the room and bathroom were clean. The refrigerator did not work properly and the phone did not work properly. One morning we had a wake up call after being up late at a Disney Park and we had not requested a wake up call. The food at the hotel was very expensive. A venti starbucks coffee was $4.50, which is about double starbucks price. We would not stay at this hotel again
