Buena Vista Motor Inn San Francisco Motel

Lots of hot water, clean sheets, fairly reasonable price, but would not recommend. Lobby was not cleaned the three days I was there, area behind front desk very cluttered, halls and rooms did not have a "clean feel' to them. There was blood on an exposed mattress. I washed my feet before putting on my socks and watched where I laid my things. Probably could be a decent motel with some good old fashioned "elbow grease". The front desk crew were not overly friendly, which is what you need in a tourist city. I would give it a 1 1/2 rating on a scale of 1 to 5. Sorry Buena Vista!

It's in a good location if you want to go around the city. It's in a bad location if you want to drive and have never driven in San Francisco.

Everyone at the Inn was very friendly. The location was excellent, near public transportation. Internet access is available in the lobby. Continental breakfast is average, but important to get there early for choice and availability.
