During our two week stay at this hotel, I experienced multiple flea bites. In the middle of our stay, the hotel fumigated the room. Although the flea bites lessened, there were still occasional flea bites for the rest of the stay.

I complained to the general manager and requested that they should at least discount the room. She stated, "There is nothing I can do". When I continued to complain, she threatened to kick our party out of the property. I did not understand why we were threatened to be kicked out just because we had a complaint.
