The location was ok, the room and the service were ok but the hotel was not really clean.

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathroom filthy, sink faucet handle broken off, lying on sink. Bathtub with thick ring of dirt inside. Walls patched and unpainted. Bathroom window-sill full of dirt and insects. Alarm clock covered with greasy, sticky film.

The location, the staff friendliness and the check in procedures were excellent. It was clean and well kept but for the very basic room and nothing else it seemed just a bit overpriced comparing to other establishments once we arrived.
