Excellent
The couch in the room was lovely. It was nice to have someplace to sit other than on the bed. We were able to relax. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again. Thank you.
The hotel was some what okay the walls were not thick so you could here at night the people talkng, the rooms were overall nice clean expected for price and overall not bad.

I knew we were in trouble when I saw the rasberry painted trim! Front desk is worthless and very unimpressive. The rooms haven't been updated since the 80's. Cellophane was still on lampshades, a particleboard wardrobe to hang your clothes, TV...

What we loved were the soundproof walls - very quiet hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly!
What we disliked was a gross musty/mildewy smell in the room every time you walked in, and the beds had very hard mattresses. Woke up tired and with a sore back every morning.

The budget inn is a good motel..The rooms are clean and soundproof..This is great because you don't hear doors slamming and people coming in and out..The breakfast are nothing..Bring your own breakfast food..But other than that I would recommend...
