54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had a confirmed reservation for a 2 day stay. When we left on the first day to go to the ballgame, we came back to find our room occupied by someone else and all of our belongings in "lost and found". The manager refused to take responsibility for his employee mistake, and basically told us if we didn't like his policies we could leave. This was late at night, during baseball spring training season, when rooms in the area are hard to find. Where were we going to go?
Terrible business practices and awful customer service. Stay away!
