48 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This is the best motel around. The staff is friendly, courteous and they ask if there are any problems or any suggestions.
This hotel made me feel hip: They treat everyone like it is a four star motel.

52 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business
It was old and run down, but fairly clean. The desk staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was minimally okay. It is best used for a one night stay when you need to save money, and are only going to be in the room to sleep and shower.
This hotel made me feel welcome: When I said I felt the rate was too high and pointed out I had several discount alliances, AAA, etc., they lowered the rate more than those memberships allowed.
