We were given one price when I reserved and was promised 2 beds. Upon check-in, we got one bed and at a higher price.
There were drafts around the front door, a poor heating system, a 17 year old faulty TV, and rest of room seemed as old or older. There was a mini fridge that did not work, and bedding and towels that had a weird smell and did not look right. We had one small bar of soap, one plastic cup, and no shampoo or clock in the room.
Check in people (possibly the owners?) were genuinely offended we had complaints and had no real concerns/efforts to fix problems or please us We ended up with two rooms but other people in our group went elsewhere in town for about the same price and got 5 rooms that were 1000% better and they were quite pleased with.
We will never return to this place and urge you to skip it as well!
