Brundage Inn - Page 1

First be aware if you are coming in the summer there is no air conditioning. Idaho weather is peaking at 100 degrees. Which is not advertised. The Hotel is on a major truck route and our window faced the road. In order to try to stay cool we kept the window open. The street noise was not half as bad as the drunk guests who stayed out side and ran up and down the hall until 3AM. When we tried to phone the desk our phone was not working. No one at the Inn did anything about the noise. The check in clerk was rude & really gave a care less feeling. We left a hand written note to the front desk and returned home and wrote a letter of dissatisfaction. To date we have heard nothing. They have our money so they don't really care. There are other places to stay in McCall - be sure to stay away from this one. It may look nice on the outside but I could have slept on a sidewalk and got better sleep.
