Okay
Wireless internet was spotty, my room had none for most of my stay. PM Mgr said come to lobby for it, at 9pm! Brusque, barely polite, unconcerned, he was a poor first impression. Not much in way of food close, either. Bldg in need of repair in many...

Mediocre
The rooms were old, and the bathrooms had soap scum on the soap dishes, the towel rack was falling off of the wall, and there was blonde hair on the faucet, which couldn't have been mine, since I hadn't used the shower. If you are a woman traveling...

Mediocre
Maybe some rooms are OK, but I saw two that were awful. I moved from one with a disgusting leak-- badly repaired --in the ceiling, because the TV didn't work. In the next one the ceiling was even worse. It didn't feel safe. Clearly they've had a...

Not recommended!. I booked reservation online thinking the motel rooms would look like picture online---NOT. The room was dumpy, old, dirty, mattress lopsided. I refused to stay....I will not stay in a room that I'm afraid to walk barefoot in......Do not go there - at any price!
I am not likely
to return to the Brownsboro Inn/Louisville East.
I would not recommend it to friends.

There was a woman at the desk early in the day that was just plan rude. Then later a man at the desk spoke politely but told me I should call them to schedule rooms and not do it on line. I found out that if I had done that it would have cost me...

The location was excellent, very near the highway that gets you around Louisville. The room was not as clean as I would expect, and there was a bug problem in the room. There was also a problem with the pool, which made it unusable most of the time. The treadmill was broken in the fitness room. I would suggest you check on the amenities they advertise before booking or showing up.

Okay
The location was okay, the staff was okay, the outdoor pool was closed for some reason unknown, which is stupid in the summer, my bathtub had hairs in it that did not belong to me before I took a shower, the toilet would not flush my last day, and...

Excellent
We found the staff nice, room clean, and the location great for our needs. I used to inspect hotels/motels for the state of GA and I did not find any problems with the room. This was a great place for the price.
